
    Click the ADD button in the right horizontal toolbar in the
    
Visit Schedule List window.
    
    

    Enter the visit schedule name.
    
    

    Create all 
visits and 
procedures consecutively (first visit
    first, all procedures related to first visit, then next visit
    etc.). You can also copy from other schedules.
    
    

    Create all 
specifics procedures (if
    applicable).
    
    

    Click the SAVE button in the right horizontal toolbar after
    creation of each component (visit or procedure).
    
    

    Click the CHECK button in the left horizontal toolbar to check
    the timing of the visit schedule. If the data entered is not
    chronologically correct, you will get an error message. Correct
    any mistakes and check the data again before validating the
    visit schedule.
    
    

    Click the VALIDATE button in the left horizontal toolbar, to
    validate the visit schedule (note: the inscription on this
    button now changes to INVALIDATE).
    
    

    CLOSE the 
Visit Schedule
    window.
    
    

    Define the visit schedule 'applicable' in/via 
Visit Schedule List. If there are several
    visit schedules for your study, define the default schedule.
