Click on ADD in the
Drug Kit Management
- Shipment tab window.
Select recipient level (Destruction).
Enter a request number, a request date if desired.
Click on SAVE in the right higher horizontal toolbar of the
Drug Kit Management - Shipment tab -
Shipment Number window.
Select in the lower part of the
Drug Kit
Management - Shipment tab - Shipment Number window ((
Delivered Drug Kits and/or
Not Delivered Drug Kits) the batch and Drug kits
desired.
Click on edit in the right higher horizontal toolbar of the
Drug Kit Management - Shipment tab -
Shipment Number window.
Enter the shipment date.
Enter the shipment number if desired.
Click on SAVE in the right higher horizontal toolbar of the
Drug Kit Management - Shipment tab -
Shipment Number window.
