Highlighted the desired study/country in Selected Studies/Countries window.
Click on EXTERNALIZED SERVICES under STUDY/COUNTRY level in the
tree displayed.
Click on ADD in the right lower horizontal toolbar (or
highlight the respective service and click on edit in the right
horizontal toolbar to edit it).
Service-Provider.The RECRUITMENT PLAN option is available only if a 'Patient Recruitment' type of service is defined for the service provider (in SERVICES option).The CENTERS option is available only if a summary 'per Center' is selected.
Externalized services are duties which will be performed by

To define the services that are provided, click on SERVICES.Options in External Services:
SERVICES: to enter the services
provided.
PERSONNEL: to enter
the personnels of the external service which are involved in
the study/country.
CONTACT: to
enter contacts with the external service.
RECRUITMENT
PLAN: to enter a planning recruitment for the external
service.
SUMMARY: to
enter a summary for the external service.
CENTERS: to
enter some external service centers.
