To enter/edit a recruitment plan for an externalized
service, click on RECRUITMENT PLAN in External Services window.
Click on edit in the right horizontal toolbar.
The option is available only is a service with the type
'Patient Recruitment' is defined for the selected External
Service (in SERVICES option).If the recruitment plan is not validated, it can't be frozen and no revised recruitment plan can be created.
The total number of planned patients entered month by month must be equal to the target recruitment number.
This window allows you to plan the recruitment for the
respective external service
The months displayed are created automatically by the system depending on what is displayed as the initial/revised recruitment dates for the 'Patient Recruitment' service (in the SERVICES option)
