Copy from Other CRF Set

Instead of entering sections/pages manually, to copy from other schedules, click on icon in the left horizontal toolbar.

Via this icon you can copy a CRF set or single section from another study. All CRF sets from all Studies that you selected at Study level are available in this screen. I.e., if you know that you have to create a set similar to one you had in a previous Study, you should select this Study in the selection window, to have the data available for use.

Via this option, you can copy an entire CRF set or single section or single page from another Study to your current CRF set.

Additions and modifications may be made after you copied the CRF set or single section

Steps to copy a Set of CRF or section or page

Select in the left part the component where you want to copy (on the CRF or on a section).
Click on icon in the left horizontal toolbar.
Select the Study Number from which you want to copy the CRF set in the CRF Set Selection window.
Select the CRF set to be copied by highlighting it and click on => the CRF set is retrieved in the right part of the Model Study window.
To copy the whole set, highlight the set name and then click on in the right horizontal toolbar.
To copy sections, extend the tree of the schedule to be copied, highlight the required item and click on .
After having copied the required items, you may now make any modifications to adapt the items to your current study.
