Four steps to follow before being ready to send some drug kits to the Study/Country or Center levels:

Step One: Drug Kits design (in DRUG KITS option)

Step Two: Batch creation and production creation for the not numbered drug kits (in BATCH MNGMT option)

Step Three: Generate the number for the numbered drug kits (in NUMBER GENERATION via Numbered tab in DRUG KITS MNGMT option)

Step Four: Perform a sending (SHIPMENT tab in DRUG KITS MNGMT option)

Click on ADD in the Drug Kit Management - Shipment tab window.

Select recipient level (Study/Country or Center).

Select the Country.

Select the Center number if the sending is for a Center.

Select the Shipment Recipient if desired.

Enter a request number, a request date, and comments if desired.

Click on SAVE in the right higher horizontal toolbar of the Drug Kit Management - Shipment tab- Shipment Number window.
Select in the lower part of the Drug Kit Management - Shipment tab- Shipment Number window (Shipment to Stock) the batch and Drug kits desired.
