get overview of all shipments/receptions for the Center for the
highlighted material (e.g., CRFs).
This is a view only screen. Only shipments/
receptions that have actually been sent/received (i.e., 'Sent'
ticked respectively 'Receipt Date' entered) are listed
here.
This window gives you an overview of all shipments/receptions
that occurred at the Center for the material highlighted in
Material Stock Management window.
Only those shipments/receptions are listed here where 'Sent' is ticked in Material Shipment Management respectively 'Receipt date' has been entered in Material Reception Management (i.e., shipments for which 'Sent' has not been ticked yet and receptions for which no Receipt Date has been entered, do not appear here in this list).
Sent at the end of the row means this was a shipment sent from the Center to another Center, a Study/Country or Study:
- If nothing is entered in columns 'Country' and 'Center', this was a shipment to Study
- If only column 'Center' is empty, this was a shipment to the respective Study/country
- If 'Country' and 'Center' are filled in, this was a shipment to the respective Center
Received at the end of the row means this was a shipment to the Center from Study, Study/Country or another Center:
- If nothing is entered in columns 'Country' and 'Center', this was a shipment from Study
- If only column 'Center' is empty, this was a shipment from Study/country
- If 'Country' and 'Center' are filled in, this was a shipment from the respective Center
Only those shipments/receptions are listed here where 'Sent' is ticked in Material Shipment Management respectively 'Receipt date' has been entered in Material Reception Management (i.e., shipments for which 'Sent' has not been ticked yet and receptions for which no Receipt Date has been entered, do not appear here in this list).
