Report on an Exchange at the Study/Country Level

To retrieve a report of a certain exchange, highlight the respective exchange in Study/Country Tracking List window, click on REPORTS in the left horizontal toolbar, select the appropriate and click on PREVIEW.
To retrieve a list of the exchanges with associated personnel, pre-selected Contacts and external services provider personnels go to Selected Studies/Countries window and click on REPORTS in the left horizontal toolbar.

Select Tracking List Study/Country Level report. By default the report is run on the study that is currently highlighted in Selected Studies/Countries. Click on PREVIEW .
Clicking on opens the Tracking List Parameters window. If you leave the filter window as displayed below, you will get all exchanges with associated personnel, external services providers and pre-selected conatacts for the selected Study/Country.
- If you want to retrieve exchanges which took place since a certain date (the date included), enter the respective date in the 'From' field.
- If you use 'Exchanges Not Solved' at 'Solution' as filter criteria, please note, that this will display all contacts where a Solution date is empty.
- If you want to view only the exchanges for study/country level, tick 'Current level'.
Click on PREVIEW to run the report with the selected criteria.

Click on PREVIEW to export the report under different formats.
