Highlighted the desired study/country in Selected Studies/Countries window.
Click on RECRUITMENT PLAN under STUDY/COUNTRY level in the tree
displayed.
Click on edit in the right horizontal toolbar.
If the recruitment plan is not validated, it can't be
frozen and no revised recruitment plan can be created.The total number of planned patients entered month by month must be equal to the target recruitment number.

The months displayed are created automatically by the system depending on what is displayed as the initial/revised recruitment dates.
When you are shifting patients from one study/country to the other, make sure you edit and validate the recruitment plans of all affected study/countries accordingly.
