Access to the software

To access the eTM, you are asked for a user name and password.

: Access to eTM only possible with a valid user name and password.
: Remember to save. In case of network problems unsaved information will be lost.

Once you have been given your eTM-password, please log into the system as soon as possible and change the password to one only you know.

Steps to change the password:

Log into eTM Module.

Click on in the top horizontal menu.

Enter your current password and then your new password twice and click on SAVE. A message indicates if your password has been changed successfully.

If you enter an incorrect password three times, the account will be locked. If you get logged out off eTM, please contact the Application Administrator.

If there is a control set up in the administration module, when your password is about to expire, you will receive a message saying something like 'Your password is going to expire on ...... After that you have ... grace logins ...'. At the last grace log-on message will be displayed.


If you don't change your password now immediately, you will not be able to log in again. Only the Application Administrator can assign you a new password.

Depending on the users' rights, not all levels/screens will be available to all users and the options available at the respective levels/screens may also differ, depending on your role/access rights.

Safety and tracking of the data stored in the data base

eTM allows you to audit all the modifications (add, update or delete) done for all the data in all the windows of the application.
