Update Internal Personnel

Highlighted the desired study in Selected Studies window.

Click on INTERNAL PERS. under STUDY level in the tree displayed.

To edit information on an existing person, highlight the person and click on edit in the right lower horizontal toolbar, to add a new person click on ADD the right lower horizontal toolbar.

User, Function, Activity Start Date
It is important to define correctly the internal personnel, especially for an internal who has the right to access to the study only if he is declared as internal personnel.

All persons entered here will automatically be populated to the respective pick list for the creation of contacts at the study level.

Persons entered here will not be populated to study/country or Center level.

Department and Role in the tabular part of the window populate from the Administration Module. Role indicates the eTM access permission role. Every eTM user will have medical department no matter what the real department is.
