To enter or edit exchanges with associated personnel click on
TRACKING in Associated Personnel
List.(or
Click on TRACKING under STUDY level in the tree
displayed).
Click on ADD/EDIT in lower right horizontal toolbar.
Personnel Ext. (Principal associated personnel),
Initiator.
An exchange can be any type of communication (e.g.
telephone, correspondence, visit, etc.).Default value of Initiator is Internal'; remember to change this if initiator of exchange was external.
If you enter an exchange for a contact where Country in Study Associated Personnel List is other than None, the exchanges also populates to study/country level but is not available on study level when using the direct path TRACKING.
If you access Study
Associated Personnel Contacts List as described via
ASSOCIATED PERS/TRACKING the Contact highlighted in
Study Associated Personnel List
will automatically be populated to 'Personnel Ext'.Aside from the information captured in this window, the following information will be displayed in the contact report: Product, Study Number.
