Track Centralized Procedures

Click on CENTR. PROCEDURES under CENTER, STUDY/COUNTRY or STUDY level.

Changes of 'Collected Date' populate to the 'Collected', 'Date' fields of the respective procedure at the patient 'level'.
Regardless at which level you enter information for centralized procedures the information is always populated to all other levels.
Under Centralizer only those persons appear that have been entered as internal or associated personnel. Persons that have been entered only as external service providers do not appear in the drop down list.
You can make some filters with the option . The filter is saved and applied for the option at all levels.

With eTM you can track the status of centralized procedures such as e.g., laboratory samples that are sent to a central lab evaluation on Study, Study/Country and Center levels. Of course it is possible to have more than one Core Lab for a procedure.
This window is empty as long as in Patient Number:-Visit:-Procedure: no procedure has been ticked 'Performed'. Depending on the level you access window, the procedures for the respective Centers are displayed.
Centralizer is the person in charge of processing the centralized procedure. This can be a person from an external service provider, e.g., Core Lab (to be available for selection this person needs to be entered as associated personnel in addition to being entered as external service provider personnel);
This window allows you to easily edit the information about the 'Collected' status for a number of procedures by using the filter function instead of having to go to each patient and updating the information there.
