Steps to enter expenditure not related to Patient

Click the upper half part in Target Expenditures not Related to Patient window.

Click the ADD button in the right higher horizontal toolbar.

Select an 'Expenditure Type' (Compulsory field) and select a 'Triggering Type'.
The triggering method (payable status trigger) may be:
Manual: The due date must be entered manually "Payable" (E.g.: when the invoice for an expenditure nature is received).
Schedule date: The due date is automatically "Payable" at the date associated to it.

Click the SAVE button the right higher horizontal toolbar to save the entered data.

Click the desired expenditure type in the upper half part of the window.

Click the lower half part of the Detail of Target Expenditures not Related to Patient window.

Click the ADD button the right lower horizontal toolbar.

Enter the desired target amount, date due and comment (if desired).
If the triggering type is 'Manual', this date entered will have no implications on the payable status of the expected amount.
It is possible to enter as many target amount and due dates as necessary by adding again. The target amount creation will automatically be placed in increments for the total amount displayed in the upper half part of the window.

Click the SAVE button in the right lower horizontal toolbar to save the entered data.
