The following reports are available on contact level:


Reports accessible via REPORTS button in Contact List window:

Contact List
To access the report, click on REPORTS in Contact List window
Select Contact List
To preview the report, click on PREVIEW
To export the report, click on EXPORT
You can filter the report by the function of the correspondent at the location (not the function within a study) or by country.
- To retrieve all correspondents of your personal correspondent list, leave both fields empty.
- To retrieve only those correspondents from your personal correspondent list who have a certain function at the site, e.g., Head of Department, select the function from the drop down list.
- To retrieve only those correspondents from your personal correspondent list that pertain to a certain country, select the country from the drop down list.
- To retrieve only those correspondents from your personal correspondent list who have a certain function and pertain to a certain country, select function and country from the drop down lists.

Click on PREVIEW to run the report with the selected criteria.
