To plan a list of Exchanges, click on 
(only accessible if the window is saved). The window Plan
Exchanges is automatically displayed:
Select the Exchange Type
Select:From the last exchange to (default value): if you want to plan the exchange (s) from the last one already existing to a desired date of the select exchange type.
or
Next: if you want to plan only the next exchange of the select exchange type.
or
From: if you want to plan the exchange (s) from a desired date to a desired date of the select exchange type.
Frequency between contacts is automatically displayed from the
Parameters option (Study Level) and can not be changed here.
The exchanges will be created and planned with this
frequency.
Select:Generate Planned Exchanges for the center: if you want to plan only for the selected center
or
Generate Planned Exchanges for all the Centers of the Country you are in charge of: if you want to plan for the all centers in the Study/Country for which you are defined as internal personnel.
Click on 
Automatically the window is closed, back in Center Exchanges § Report Tracking window with all the planned exchanges.
For each planned contact, the following data are automatically displayed:
Type: Exchange Type selected in Plan Exchanges window
Status: Automatically displayed at Planned
Planned: Automatically displayed in relation with the criteria selected in Plan Exchanges window and frequency between exchanges
Initials: The connected user initials and name are displayed.
All data can be changed.
