Highlighted the desired study in Selected Studies window.
Click on EXTERNALIZED SERVICES under STUDY level in the tree
displayed.
Click on ADD in the right lower horizontal toolbar (or
highlight the respective service and click on edit in the right
horizontal toolbar to edit it).
Service-Provider.
Externalized services are duties which will be performed by
external personnel, such as a CRO for monitoring.
This screen enables you to enter the provided services and to track all contacts.
This screen can be used either only for those service-providers that are actually performing duties within this study, i.e., have been 'selected' or can also be used to enter all service-providers that have been contacted because of the study.
With the Financial Contracts option contracts can be tracked also.

To define the services that are provided, click on SERVICES.Options in External Services:
SERVICES: to enter
the services provided.
PERSONNEL:
to enter the personnels of the external service which are
involved in the study/country.
TRACKING: to enter exchanges with the external service.
